Return and Exchanges

What is ModaFive return policy?

ModaFive allows for returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. The items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered at the time of the return to qualify for a refund or exchange. For more info about our return policy click here.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If an item doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size or color in the same style. However, exchanging an item for a completely different item or style is not possible.

How long does it take to refund/exchange an item?

The refund/exchange process typically takes up to 7-14 business days to complete after your order is successfully received and processed at ModaFive Warehouse.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! ModaFive offers free U.S shipping on order $50+.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed and shipped from the ModaFive warehouse within one day. However, delivery time may vary. The standard shipping time is within 5-8 business days. Kindly note that orders placed during public holidays are shipped the next working day.

Does ModaFive ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, ModaFive ships order only to residential and business addresses.

How can I track my order?

You will receive the order tracking details once the order is shipped. In case of a delay, please contact ModaFive team at info@modafive.com to inquire about your order.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept almost all credit cards: Visa, Mastercards, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay.

Is my credit card information protected?

We use Shopify platform and it is powered by the highest standard payment gateway, all transactions are super safe and secure. Your
credit information is encrypted to ensure high-level data protection.

Where can I find the size chart/sizing information?

The sizing charts are provided on every product page to help you choose the right size.

Will my shirt shrink after the first wash?

ModaFive's fabrics are of high quality and pre-shrunk, ensuring that the clothing items you purchase will maintain their original size after washing. Additionally, our colors are resistant to fading, so you can expect your clothes to look new even after several washes.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

Our team meticulously checks every order before initiating the delivery process. Therefore, the
possibility of receiving a faulty item is very low. Regardless, if you receive a faulty item in your package,
we will be happy to refund or replace it.

My order is missing an item! What should I do?

If an item in your order is missing, it may be because the order was dispatched in multiple parcels. We make sure to inform our clients via email if their order is dispatched separately, so please check your email, including the junk folder, to stay updated on the status of your order. If you haven't received any communication from us, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@modafive.com for assistance. Our team will be happy to help you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
